Ramadan
Ramadan is a month of blessings
It is a time for caring
It’s not really a month to celebrate
But indeed is a month to control our palate
At this time we get closer to God
And continue to remember He is our only Lord
We strengthen our faith in him
And make our bad deeds dim
We control our thirst and hunger all day
But we still feel happy and gay
However, when we break our fast
It is a relief we’ve waited for, at last
All day we pray and perform good deeds
And try to stop the dwell of hunger to bleed
Ramadan is just one month long
So Muslims avoid listening to songs and remind the others to do the same all along
Young children too fast in this month
And enjoy every bit of it
Men and Women enjoy it too,
Not knowing their faith in God just grew
